Merge features from my dev branch into release. Specifically:

  • v3 style formatting for AUTOINTERFACE
  • new indent-follows-macro feature
  • new array_dims feature in INST macros
  • added filter functionality to AUTOINTERFACE and AUTONET
  • fixed a double-counting of assignments bug in AUTONET --warn
  • smaller bug fixes and testcase improvements.
